What’s coming
Reaching record heights
The 74 storey building, designed by Eric Parry Architects, will comprise three stacked buildings with terraces, reaching 309.6m and making it the tallest tower in the City of London cluster. The latest design for the soaring structure will increase the floor area from the previous proposed scheme by 30%. Enabling works are expected to start in 2024, with completion scheduled for 2030.
Breathtaking views and floating classrooms
