Workplaces
We like helping people work. Every Stanhope place is a workplace in some shape or form, whether it’s somewhere for scientists to make breakthroughs, for artists to put on a show, or for economists to create growth. Whatever the function, every workplace has to attract talented people, help them focus, and inspire them to come back tomorrow.
Our long-life, loose-fit approach means planning and designing slightly ahead of the curve, with the flexibility to follow it. Right now we’re seeing huge appetite for low-impact, sustainable places featuring amenities with genuine draw, including wellbeing, at a level of quality that elevates the working day. Flagship examples include our leafy Chiswick Park campus, the fifty story tower at 8 Bishopsgate (we’re moving there ourselves right now) and Bloomberg’s European headquarters.
Looking to the future our projects at Woolgate, 1 Victoria Street and 70 Gracechurch Street will all be exploring new answers to the age old question: what makes a great place to work? As asset managers we can also be embedded in a way that helps us make sure our workplaces operate sustainably and work brilliantly for occupiers.
